This company were brilliant. From the moment i initially called them and spoke to Hannah, till the moment i collected the vehicle, they were excellent. I was quote over 3000 pounds by Land Rover for replacing a defective shock absorber. CSG asked for me to bring the vehicle in so they could ensure it was the front nearside shocker that was faulty, then gave me a quote. I dropped the vehicle off at 09.30, was given a courtesy car, and advised it was ready to collect at 15.30. CSG charged 810 pounds to supply the parts and to do the repair. They had even washed my car !!! excellent service from a very professionally kitted out workshop. Mark and Alex were professional and friendly throughout. i will be going back to CSG with future repairs. Couldn't be happier !!! Service: Steering & suspension repair

Purchased a Ford from Alex at CSG. Great service from the first phone call onwards. The car was out and ready to drive when I got there. Test drive with no pressure sales. After purchase I had an issue which Alex went out his way to fix via Ford main dealer offering to lend me a courtesy car. He even gave me advice on purchasing another vehicle even though I was not buying from him. Very honest and sincere company to deal with. Genuine service not just after money.
