Great community space. There is a cricket pitch and tennis courts. A dog training class going on yesterday and popular for picnics in the summer and other events. The Vale has a beer garden overlooking it and there is a play park, skatepark and toilets (daytime only) just across the road. A path runs all the way around, (including a few steps), over a bridge and through some trees along the shallow river. Free parking.
