Andrew and Gary worked very quickly to get our house listed for sale so that we'd be in a position to make an offer on a house that they were marketing. The whole sale process, from listing, to the many viewings Gary handled, to accepting an offer took around a week (even with the Platinum Jubilee in the middle!). Despite some challenges with our conveyancer, Gary was nothing less than stellar throughout the process - always available on phone or email and consistently willing to go above and beyond to make sure that everybody was kept up to date and that momentum was maintained - we couldn't have asked for more.

Despite various challenges along the way regarding legal issues with the solicitors, Gary was always on hand to provide updates and even help move things along when necessary.
