        Despite not using this companys services, I had enquired on the phone about them. The process is different for other companies and so I wanted to check. I was met however with a massively rushed conversation. After they were interrupted by someone on another line or in person, her response to them was I am stuck on the phone. If this is how the treat people looking for help and to use their services, I expect it is reflective in how they would handle mediation.
