I have regular reflexology sessions with Tracy and can highly recommend her whether you have a specific health need or you are looking for an all round powerful holistic treatment. I feel genuinely rejuvenated after the treatments and use them combined with the bespoke flower remedy which Tracy can also provide. I work shifts in a stressful environment within the NHS and my reflexology leaves me feeling truly healthy. An absolute gift in the modern age

Tracy is just amazing .... Her Indian Head Massage is like no other , I feel totally relaxed during the massage which also includes neck, shoulders and upper arms . I always rely on Tracy when Im in need of a pick me up and she never fails to put me back on track. I sleep so much better and it helps with my stress and anxiety too. So lovely I never want them to end!
