        Bought a Stormguard auto draught exluder from Amazon, but there was no fitting instructions, so downloaded the pdf from Stormguard - its quite easy to fit but they give you several fractional dimensions that are blurred because whoever scanned the document did a poor job. I phoned them and they said tell Amazon - when it's their pdf that's unreadable.

        Quite rude and arrogant on the phone. Asked a technical question about a product that wouldn't have taken much to find out. 'Computer Says No' type of attitude and made to feel like I was bothering them. Used another company.
