Waste of time. Kitchen need some attention, reported it 6yrs ago and I'm still waiting. Take your money and to hell with attention to properties. Would give them 0 if I could. Don't know how they get away with it.

The workers tend to be nice enough people, but that's this companies only positive. We wait far too long, to the point that various aspects of the house are damaged (leaky roof went on for years, in the mean time they re-plastered a wall as a result of this, then left the roof another year, so the repaired wall then became damaged too.., mouldy bathroom ceiling was the same), and even when the repairs or refurbishment works are done, they're done to very sub-par standards, by trades that usually aren't trained or qualified in the field of works they're completing, (and generally aren't even competent in their own trade). We had a new bathroom 3 years ago, and there is already various signs of mould and damp, directly due to poor initial installation. Job and knock engineers with no quality control, and organisational negligence as a whole has been on display with every aspect of enquiry we've ever made to this company, let alone the wait time being through the roof. If you want works doing properly, I'd advise you start saving up to get the job done by someone private!
