        Carers from Happy Valley Home Care have looked after my parents for nearly two years, responding to their different needs with good humour and kindness. Andrea, Dawn and Shannon coordinate the team well and have always provided us with thoughtful and professional advice. An extra special thank you to the wonderful Dave, who really connected with my father and together with Shirley and other lovely carers helped them both get through the awful isolation that the Covid lockdowns imposed on so many elderly people.
