Do not go to this salon if you have long hair and wish to keep it. Carol has cut the front of my hair 6inches shorted than the back. There is no consistence with my cut to the point other hairdressers have suggested a long Bob will be the only way to fix the damage done (my hair was thicker than anything and went down to the bottom of my spine) or hundreds on extensions. The colour is patchy and is 4/5 different tones mixed into it. Considering No skin patch test or hair colour sample was done prior to the appointment I can safely say its not what I expected. Thanks for ruining the hair definitely rather do a Britney 2007 than let you touch my head again (full refund was graciously given by Carol however you can not stick hair back on, will take a good few years to rectify this bodged job) lesson learnt, dont go to a run down back street hairdressers in Macc
