        I have been going to this fantastic ladies only gym for about 6 weeks now and love it. The circuit uses a unique resisted tension system and a 30 minute program which works so well with a young family. Very friendly and welcoming, not just the staff but the ladies too! Each time I go it's like having a 1-1 with an instructor. I'm so pleased I joined, it's my ME time!
