South Park Surgery

Really rude Reception in and out of the surgery, some condescending Drs , Tried to update personal information 10 yrs ago still no change. Enough is enough! Going to change surgeries for all the family. They really are pants .

I called this Surgery recently as i needed to see a GP. i have been with this Surgery 5 years as i used to be at another practise in Derbyshire before i moved homes. I have fortunately not needed to visit South Park Surgery before. I was spoken too in a very unprofessional manner by an ignorant person down the telephone, i was told i could not see any Doctor not even the one i was listed with, all i could have was a phone consultation in 10 plus days time, and if i thought i was really ILL i should go to A&E.................... Fortunately i am a member of BUPA and was able to pay too see a Doctor who is looking after my needs. This Country has become a Third world joke, with Broken Roads, poor infrastructure and an NHS system on its knees, run by incompetent muppets...........if you are a hard working UK Tax payer over the age of 50 you are worthless and invisible and how dare you want to see a doctor ! unfortunately a lot of very nice decent people with genuine ailments will die due to Strikes, unrealistic wage demands, and rude incompetent and unprofessional People, letting the Good remaining people in the NHS badly down !

Disrespectful and rude reception staff ring up first thing in a morning about a child's medication and got nothing but a young condescending female basically having a go because I'd not put the request in sooner and only just run out it's been the bank holidays also . Horrible staff should be trained in some compassionate client services or rid and some new ones because they're just sat talking doing nothing or been abusive to patients
