Cumberland House Surgery

If I could choose 0 stars I would.. had no medication for over 6 days, I usually get them delivered but never showed up, I had to keep calling NHS 111 to get emergency prescriptions, they advised contact My GPs to issue a new prescription as I was getting nowhere with Lloyds direct.. I received a nice message of a Dr tazmin (not even a phone call!?) a text message!! To say please chase with Lloyds direct and maybe choose a closer pharmacy next time if you run out zero empathy or any attempt to help.. awful service!!

Lovely nurse Gill encouraged me and gave me great advice in how to loose weight and get my sugar levels down. With her encouragment and advice I've now lost over 2 stone in 3 months.

Cannot fault this surgery for 'reasonable adjustments' in place for my adult daughter with learning disabilities. From phone calls with receptionists. Face to face with receptionists in waiting room. And actual appointment with GP. All are sensitive and empathetic. All listen to a mother's 'gut feeling' whilst treating my daughter with the utmost respect. My daughter receives the best care possible from this practice.

Absolute brilliant service by all from walking in @the reception desk to seeing the Doctor ( Dr Jaberi ) listen to the problem I had left no stone unturned quality examination even to the call back to explain the results same day hats off to all at Cumberland House working so hard in these difficult times yet supplying a fantastic service thank you xxx

A wonderful surgery, with great staff. I have always had a prompt reply to appointment requests and queries and good follow up. I really appreciate the quality of care.
