        From the first phone call to Warren until delivery of our beautiful sofa and footstool I knew we had made the right decision to choose a chesterfield from SW James. I found the company whilst searching for chesterfields online and after looking through the website and viewing the videos I ordered some leather sample. Once they arrived I knew that I would be placing an order. It is very nerve wracking ordering an expensive item without actually viewing it but Warren was so knowledgeable and helpful and once I explained what we wanted out of our sofa he offered his opinions on the best choice for us and now we have had our Huxley for a few months he was right. Our sofa not only looks gorgeous but is so comfortable and always gets compliments.The leather quality is amazing and the vintage green is perfect for our country cottage. If you are thinking of ordering from SW James go for it you wont be disappointed. Service: Couches/sofas

        We just took deliver of two Monty Chesterfield sofas and I can truly say we are delighted with them. The first thing that is apparent is the pure quality of craftsmanship and materials. The sofas are made by time honoured traditional methods and it shows. The leather is top quality and clearly superior to anything you would encounter at a chain furniture store. Warren the managing director has shown dedication above and beyond what I consider good service. He took time to explain the different types of leathers and the vigorous standards involved in the manufacturing process. He is clearly passionate about his company and it is reflected in the finished product. The whole ordering process was smooth from start to finish with regular email updates and clear delivery communication. The sofas were even unwrapped and placed in the exact position we wanted. I would highly recommend S.W. James. Service: Couches/sofas
