JW Brocklehurst provided the best possible funeral for our loved one and provided exceptional emotional support for our family. Every aspect of the funeral was impeccably organised, all of our wishes were fulfilled and the administrative work was explained and handled by them. All members of staff were welcoming, supportive, patient and hard-working. We are all very grateful for the service they provided and can't thank them enough.

I was a little sceptical using this firm, as I had used a major chain before and been ripped off twice by them and felt it may happen again. However, I was very pleasantly surprised with everything that happened from start to finish. The staff are knowledgeable, not pushy and very friendly. I found they didn't want to rip me off and were open and honest about pricing unlike the previous funeral directors with the prices hidden behind the door! What you get is a good old fashioned family service were you are important and more importantly your loved one gets what they wished without compromise. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris and Jane for the care of your loved ones. They are truly lovely caring honest people and you will be in very good hands.
