I can't fault Aurora at all everyone is so friendly and kind. I was made very comfortable before my surgery and Dr.Edmund Edi-Osagie made sure my partner got a call from himself to let my partner know I was ok and the surgery went well and that I am on my way back to my room. I'm very very pleased with my results so far I'm 9 days post op. Aftercare so far has been very good. Would totally recommend to anyone.

Aurora Reproductive Healthcare is the best. The whole team here is amazing, and I can't say enough nice things about Dr. Edmund Edi-Osagie. They really take the time to get to know you and your story, and they're very understanding and polite with patients. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I cannot recommend Dr Edi-Osagie and his team enough. Dr Edi-Osagie is understanding, approachable, he really listens to you and your concerns, not only that but he is up there as a leading expert specialist in the area of Endometriosis. After years of misdiagnosis Dr Edi Osagie gave me the answers & treatment I desperately required and I felt supported every step of the way by him. His PA Daniella gets back to you quickly always friendly and very professional. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend Aurora Health Care.

Reason: I turned to Dr Edi after a 6 month wait for tubal surgery for infertility from the NHS turned into 'it wont be at least another year'. I expected that I would get faster surgery privately. What I got was A LOT more. Environment: The clinic in Wilmslow was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Love the thoughtful touches like the periodic table-style signs on the door. Problem: The NHS had said I had PCOS and hydrosalpynx causing infertility- they had never examined me or taken a gynae history. Dr Edi examined me and immediately identified tender areas suggesting endometriosis. He then did an US himself and found that actually both tubes had hydrosalpynx. He scheduled my surgery which I had 9 weeks later (would have been 3 but COVID forced a delay!). At surgery it turned out I had tubal cysts not hydrosalpynx as all the scans had shown- he removed these. He also removed a lot of endometriosis which the NHS doctors were still telling me I didnt have. Professionalism: From day one, Dr Edi was very kind, compassionate and so approachable in his manner, as were the nursing team at his clinic who helped in scans/examinations. Furthermore, the fact that Dr Edi was so up to date with all the latest knowledge and studies- he was able to give us statistical probabilities of stuff working/not working, quantitative details of how much impact different things had on fertility etc etc- I had complete faith in him and really felt he was highly skilled and able to provide me with the best treatment I could get. The NHS (Hewitt centre, Liverpool) still say my endometriosis wont have affected my fertility as there is no tubal damage- this differs with ALL the published literature and studies I have read. In contrast, Dr Edis explanation of how it does in fact cause fertility problems is in keeping with all this published information- he seems to have a far better understanding than NHS consultants. Money: Finally, the cost of the appointments, scan and surgery all came in far less than I had expected. I had also expected a private doctor to try to squeeze money out of me at every opportunity, but Dr Edi accepted results of my NHS blood tests without demanding I pay to repeat them, and did pre and post op appointments at no extra charge. Fertility: of note, Im not yet pregnant 2 months post-surgery, but will still sing Dr Edis praises to anyone who needs gynae care. Even if I dont get pregnant without IVF, at least now I feel like I had the best chance I could have, and have accurate diagnoses going forwards.
