        Unfortunately I have made the mistake to order 7 x E40 light bulbs from this company in March 2017 and I received some products that couldn't be used towards a bespoke chandelier. I brought the products back for a refund and the manager asked me to pay 26 in order to have my money back. I have tried to reason with the manager, however he was yelling at me and refused to refund my money. One month later and the manager has never attempted to refund my money. He has never contacted me to solve the issue. Please avoid this company.

        This is an Electrical whole sales set up for the trade, which I am, however having seen them assist many other people just after an odd lamp, plug or bit of flex for a light fitting, they do their best what ever. I'm not sure what the bad experience was the other reviewer had, but I have never heard the manager shout at any one, or any other member of staff for that matter. Ive been going there for 10years now, they get a good chunk of my business because they are always pleasure to order from.
