Spitfire Doors

We had a lovely Spitfire aluminium door fitted recently but the whole experience was soured by a few things. We were not told by Spitfire that they do not take away your old door and were left to dispose of it ourselves. The fitters, Chelsea Aluminium, told us that they couldn't fit the old door into their van and someone would call later to collect it. When it wasn't collected we phoned the man who was supposed to collect who said that they are not insured to take away old doors. Also the plug on the door was European and the fitters forced it into our socket with no adaptor supplied. We've phoned Spitfire twice who promised to get back to us but didn't. All in all a very poor service for a premium product.

Excellent showroom and door choices on offer. We opted for the S200 in RAL 7016 textured effect as this was the closest match to our sand grain anthracite Hormann garage door. Customer service was also excellent, particularly Laura Daniels, who knew the product ranges very well and was on hand to answer any questions. Door looks great too!.

We visited Spitfire Doors showroom near Macclesfield and we were really impressed with the range and quality of doors on display. We were helped through the whole process by Laura Daniels who was extremely knowledgeable. The door has now been fitted and we are so pleased with it. Its the S200 range and the quality and finish is excellent.
