Arranged for them to come and give an estimate. My partner took half a day off. They didnt turn up. No phone call. Nothing. Answering machine at their office. Joke of a company. Avoid.

Dreadful company. Avoid and go elsewhere due sub standard customer service. Left multiple messages with their team and was promissed call backs which never happened. Lack of clarity over policies and lack of effort to help in any way. Dissapointing.

Awful customer service. Contacted 6 months ago - I was told they would call me back, followed up multiple times. It took 6 months for them to tell me they would not fix the bifold doors. Shocking company, shocking customer service. Definitely do not recommend, 1 star is 1 too many!! But wish them the best of luck finding and keeping customers :)

Terrible post-installation service. Firstly, I ordered a seventh window after the original six were installed. I chased and chased for an installation date to finally have admitted to me that they forgot about it, and it wouldn't be for a number of months - still no date. Secondly, one of the hinges broke on a 6 week old window (they say the plumber did it, but it's a brand new hinge). Again, chasing, chasing, chasing a date for it to be fixed (I reluctantly agreed to pay) I still don't have a repair date - window is ajar and won't close, the house is exposed. If it was my business I would have gone on a weekend or out of hours to fix the issue. Now I have to try and find someone else to fix it. Poor.
