Dr H Macleod - Park Lane Surgery

Have recently moved from another practice. My experience has been excellent. Really easy to access the doctors via tech and also to be seen if you need to be. Why aren't all GP pra ctices like this?

The worst reception staff and surgery manager .. doctors were friendly but the staff are point right rude and judgemental.. my request was unusual, but there is a way of quoting the practice policies instead of treating the patients without respect or dignity .

absolutely brilliant from filling form in dictor had called me within 10min with an appointment he then phoned me back to get blood test first went to is him checked me over ask me to go for xray put me on tablets just in case receptionist was brilliant to got blood form off her first then spoke about parking as was going over my free 1 hour she was very helpful and friendly thank you all for your brilliant service

Brilliant surgery. Phoned up and described my symptoms a doctor phoned me back within 10minutes and I was seen within an hour. Brilliant service and treatment on all levels

Brilliant surgery, online appointment booking is seamless. Drs are very responsive, reception staff always happy to help and proactive.
