Been great for me 99% of the time - the only time i had an issue was when i was with a doctor that had just left uni or was doing part of their degree. The receptionists are all lovely (Sarah, Anne & Kay) helpful and the doctors are really helpful weather its with econsult, over the phone or face to face. They are so much better than the other doctors in the waters green centre.

Was refused basic nursing care (intramuscular injection) with Dr Bennett giving the lame excuse that the surgery isn't qualified or experienced to carry out such a procedure. I was forced to make an expensive 100 mile round trip. Another NHS clinic from which a doctor prescribed this medicine is supporting me to complain, matter will be taken to the CCG and NHS England if need be.

Very nice and pleasant doc, offered an emergency appointment and all tests necessary.

Completely useless, I called to book a blood test because I received a letter saying I need to book one, so I called he number ob the letter and was told that the number I called was the wrong number, so they gave me the "correct number" and I rang it and was told I have to book the appointment online. So I went on the website and its impossible to even book the appointment, this is the worst Doctors Surgery
