Excellent team and very professional. My normal dentist is David King who takes exceptional care with nervous patients. I have recently had some restorative work done with Heather Belfield which has been done to a very high standard and actually looks better than the original due to the time and care taken.

Alison is a fab dentist and has always helped me keep my teeth in good condition! No awkwardness and everything is always explained very clearly to me. Been coming since I was a child and will continue to do so throughout adulthood.

I have been attending Bollington Dental surgery since I was a little girl. The Dentists, nurses and desk staff have always looked after me, made me feel comfortable and explained treatments to me in simple terms. They now look after my children too, who have both had to be referred to orthodontist and are now back under Heathers care. They really are amazing, kind, professional people. Highly recommended.

Awful service. My 2 and a half year old daughter had her first ever dental appointment booked in for 3.10. She had knocked her front tooth and chipped it. I was running slightly late due to it being prime time school traffic. At 3.14 I received a call to ask if I was still coming for the appointment. Apologised and explained yes unfortunately due to traffic I am not far away and will be with them in 5 mins time. Arrived at 3.19 and queued outside visible behind another patient for 1 or 2 mins maximum. As I approached the receptionist she sheepishly told me the dentist would not see my daughter. I thought this was discourteous for the dentist to not allow a 10 min wait on my side when the amount of times you wait in similar scenarios when the tables are turned. I have never heard of any establishment providing any type of service (on an appointment basis) to not have the common courtesy to allow for a 10 minute window. Furthermore why didnt he have any compassion for the fact it was a small childs appointment. I asked to speak to the dentist and was told he was with his next patient. I do not believe this was the case. I highly doubt the next appointment slot was 10 mins after my daughter's and they allowed 10 mins only. I want to know why he thought this was acceptable to do. I was there by the time mentioned on the phone. If it was a huge issue I would of appreciated during that phone call to have been advised not to bother coming at all!

Ive been coming to this practice for years. Everyone is so friendly and if youre feeling anxious youre not made to feel silly! Everything is explained well and you dont feel pushed into having unnecessary treatment. Keep on doing what youre doing
