I ordered these Monday before easter Friday. Arrived Wednesday. Already for diary free gluten free family to share rather than the excessively expensive "eggs". I can recommend the company and their range of excellent chocolates, many from single sources and most from around the world

I ordered chocolates for mothers day on a friday. The site offers mothers day wrapping and themes, but does not deliver on a sunday. Additionally, there is a cut off on friday at 4pm, so my package didn't arrive until tuesday and charged me next day delivery! None of this information was provided/obvious up front.

Paid for next day delivery, items haven't arrived. Explained why I had paid for next day delivery and was told they would chase the delivery but not send out replacements. Tracking shows that the package has not yet been received by DPD. Still, the claim is that it was sent out on the same day it was ordered. Customer service is clearly not their strong point, as I have been told, if I need them urgently, then place another order, otherwise wait until I receive the parcel which is already late. Oh, the bigger kicker here is, I have to wait 14 days before I can get a refund if the item is not received at all. I am being expected to understand that they send their parcels out via DpD in good faith but I get no understanding that I purchased their items, well within the next day delivery window and paid for that option in exact the same good faith but with no solution to the fact that my item has not been received (questionable as to whether its been sent). Definitely will not be getting my custom again.
