        Can't understand the negative reviews here. I've been shopping here for 20 years and no complaints. Staff always helpful and polite. There is a national crisis finding people to do jobs like till work.. Whinging doesn't help - I'm sure that TESCO are doing their best to fill the vacancies.

        I visited Tesco on Hibel Road today and I was fortunate enough to have been helped by a lovely woman named Ali. She was so helpful and kind. The Moneygram service is really difficult to deal with but she persisted until it worked. It was the kind of customer service we all wish for but rately get. That lovely lady deserves a raise & a holiday hahaha. Thank you Ali
