AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. In a nutshell, quoted the job at 160k for a 3 month project, spent it all and needed 'more to finish'. Got another 40k from us, spent it all and walked away from the job after 12 months, leaving us in a mess. The job is miles away from being finished. Plumbing, electrics, drainage, painting, tiling, sky lantern, windows, cctv, alarms, joinery all need completing. Constant lies, constant excuses, if there is a response to my comment then don't believe it... trust me! I'm not just an angry customer I am trying to save other people having this happen to them. Weak, pathetic, sly, coward of a man, to be polite. Happy to share in more detail if you respond/email me, I just wanted to put a general review here instead of an essay or nobody would read it.

9 months into my project Aaron has refused to now complete the work - he says he is insolvent and unable to complete work after promising too. I am now 20k out of pocket. How story to other people is that I have refused to pay however he confirms in message recently I have always paid ontime and what is due Updated - In response to hawksvale reply you will see from the screen shot attached the reason the matter is now with lawyers is because the director advised the company is in the red hence being unable to finish my work - I will provide full summary of all issues once my legal letter is completed which I will attach to this review. wanted to add this additional point and evidence to ensure nobody else is burnt by this cowboy builder the way I have been! In response to the challenge regarding vat - I have a contract price that confirms charges include vat. I was then asked to pay vat on top! Clearly this doesnt make any sense as Aaron agreed in July this was correct and just his accountant was querying! - images attached
