        Waited for almost two hours for our 09:30 appointment. The branch member didnt turn up as it was too cold. Two issues with that one, surely thats a hostile work environment? Two he didnt let his boss know that he would be not turning up for work. Paints a very poor picture of we buy any car. Plus selling your car is not really the experience you would expect.
