Financed a car from them in June 2022, initially all was well. After the purchase unfortunately it turned out the car had few underlying issues, which in itself is not that big of a deal. Took the car to a garage to get it tracked, as the steering wheel wasn't sitting straight, turned out to be bent OSF & NSF track rod ends. Thankfully they did take care of the cost to get them replaced. Another issue it had was the air con not working, which never got resolved. Although the car was serviced and also air con regassed/serviced, about a week or so after the purchase I realised the air con is not working. I did contact the PSF Cars again and honestly it was very difficult to get hold of them at that point, eventually I did and Chris suggested to take the car back to the garage where it was initially serviced, which I did. When the garage carried out the diagnostics, it turned out one of the radiators was leaking. I collected the car, with still a faulty air con. And from this point on I felt like they started ignoring me. I sent an email first, didn't get a reply. Rang them to be told that Chris is currently away and he'll contact you when he's back, which he never did. I sent another email some time later, no reply yet again. After that I rang them couple of times, only to be told that Chris will be ringing you back every time, which he didn't. Few weeks later I managed to get hold of him, I explained him what's the situation and what is the issue with air con, was told that he'll be ringing me back to find a solution for the issue. Of course I never received another call from them and at that point my 3 month warranty was just about to run out. I was so fed up with them that I didn't even want to deal with them anymore and accepted I'm gonna have to fork out the repairs from my own pocket. Edit: Been in contact with the dealership and they are taking care of the issue. Plus points for that.
