I bought an E63s from Paula a few years back and the customer service was fantastic, the commercial deal we made on the car was great too. More recently my elderly father brought his car in for some warranty work, and the car was unfortunately not ready at the end of the day. However, a brilliant chap called Peter came to the rescue and had the car brought to my father at his home the next day (even though this isn't part of the standard offering). Fair play Peter, thank you for treating my father so well, you really went the extra mile (literally). Paul

I recently purchased a used Mercedes GLC43 from LSH in Macclesfield. I phoned asking for a test drive at short notice, and they were happy to accommodate me. I liked the car and we quickly agreed a fair trade in price for my existing car. Without going into a lot of detail, I want to give special credit to the salesman Alex, who looked after me. His communication from the point at which I agreed to buy the car, through to taking delivery, was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, and he constantly went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. Hes a credit to his employer, and his diligence reflects extremely well on them. Im very happy with the car I purchased, and very importantly the customer service I received was top notch. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend LSH of Macclesfield.
