Received a recall notice on car 4 stars for all those involved Whilst there was asked if I wanted to upgrade car, which I was. Salesperson was friendly and professional 5 star but her manager decided we weren't serious about part exchange so told me he would not discuss further. I was made to feel uncomfortable. Zero star. Bought cars from here before but never again.

Recently purchased a Honda Civic from Bristol Street Motors which I am over the moon with and had an excellent sales experience. However, the aftercare has been incredibly poor. I've been trying to get the nearside indicator replaced by Bristol Street Motors which fell off within a week of receiving the vehicle, and have tried contacting several times/leaving my details without hearing back. Hopefully this can be resolved sooner rather than later!

Enquired about part exchange car for a newer version the general sales manager was very rude in his approach to my wife he thought we were wasting his time his loss we will take our business elsewhere..and we were looking for 2 cars and paying cash ...

I would highly recommend Bristol street Vauxhall in Macclesfield. I have currently just purchased a vehicle from them and they couldnt have been more helpful. I had experienced a crash where my car had been written off and they quickly provided me with a car whilst my new one was being processed. They were extremely informative and responded quickly to my situation. Id like to especially thank Callum for his amazing customer service.
