Dont really do this leaving reviews but needs to be done. Food was late albeit I missed a couple of calls to which I was to told was the guy that works there trying to call me. My order was wrong but that was never addressed and the food was freezing cold again o was told it couldnt be cold even though we had to microwave it when it finally got to us. 20 odd quid for a sandwich and a jacket potato also drinks and then for us to have to heat it up. Guy was rude when I spoke to him. Wont be eating there again Id rather eat hot food.

Was amazing when it first reopened. A bit pricey but worth the money for local butchers meat, Don Millers Bread, homemade cakes, pastries and chips. However its gone really down hill since it has changed hands again and the prices are still the same for poor quality ingredients. Service isn't great anymore either, we used to go quite a bit (at least 3 times a week) but don't bother anymore. Wouldn't recommend

Was going here for over 2 years getting the same thing. Tried to order this and the new owner told me I cannot have this anymore as its not a special. Really bad attitude and poor customer services. This woman thinks she is elite because she worked In a care home cooking microwave meals. Lost my custom won't be returning.

Sad to be leaving this review and have held back but had a couple of bad experiences with Brunch Box recently and hoped it would improve but it hasn't. The first occasion ordered a breakfast Vienna which arrived and was completely the wrong filling. Made contact with the staff at the shop advised didn't want to complain but recieved the wrong order and wanted to check it wasn't someone else's order. Staff admitted it was a mistake not someone else's order. No offer to rectify or refund. I couldn't be bothered with the hassle so left it. Pretty pricey for a wrong order and just glad I didn't have an allergy! Second occasion ordered from Brunch Box lunch - Cold serving and presentation was awful all spilt in the packaging and falling apart, undercooked and tasteless. No drinks were delivered even though paid for and ordered - again pricey for poor food and no drinks. Contacted the shop and advised that I hadn't received all of my order. Staff advised " its only drinks" I understand that, and not to sound petty, but if you pay for something you expect to receive it, plus it was the second time we have had a bad experience. We werent complaining just raising an issue and hoping for a resolution in which staff did not seem too bothered about and advised they couldnt get the rest of the order to us. Thats fine, but we would have at least expected a token for the missing order? Nothing from staff at all other than the comments of " its only drinks". Really sad to be leaving this review as i held off for a while but i feel I have to share my experience. It was a really good cafe when it first opened but recently orders have been wrong, Items missing after paying for them and staff not caring at all. Really hope the service improves as it used to be brill!
