        Booked for a consultation.. Kept waiting no apology asked me to take a seat on a hair covered in hair.. During the short painful consultation.. As she clearly had no no idea about colours . Slices techniques... Insisted on having to use a bleach.. Never have I had bleach applied to my hair for the results I like.. A BIG NO from me.. Found the whole atmosphere totally unprofessionalll.. And fake advertising.. Not for me!

        Vanessa is the only person that has ever touched my hair with colour and not made me want to cry afterwards!!! She is magic!!! Love that it's same building as Fab so I can coordinate my appointments!

        The hair on their Instagram is beautiful and the salon is very nice. However, I booked an appointment nearly 2 months ago as I was going to be in England from America. They required a consultation and confirmed the consultation last week. I paid 45 for a taxi both ways traveling in from Staffordshire, the stylist spoke to me about my hair and wants for about 15 mins, then said shes really busy and wanted to set me up for another consultation with a stylist the next day at a time that didnt work for me. I understand being busy, etc., but I think if youre going to require a consultation, and confirm it, you should make sure you have the time, or delay the consultation/let people know youre too busy. After paying 45 and wasting 2 hours of my day + not having the time to reschedule given Im here for a short period of time, unfortunately I wont go back.
