Cabin Twenty Two

45 minutes later than we were told we sti had no food. No working phone contact. No remedy via macclesfield eats app. It does eventually arrive, but after we ordered from another place. The "chicken breast" burger are reconstituted frozen chicken patties and the curly fries were luke warm rubbish.

Received the food tonight 15 minutes late and it was inedible. A chicken burger that was mushy cheap chicken, no doubt bought frozen and a beef burger on stale bread. You can't contact this company either as their phone number does not even ring. An awful experience.

Ordered a chicken burger and it was a terrible cheap frozen patty rather than the two breaded chicken breasts that I have had in the past. No way to contact them as the phone number doesn't work and facebook page is restricted. Will not order again.

Amazing food and lovely staff. Had a little mix up with the order so I messaged them on Facebook and they responded straight away and dropped the correct food off really quickly. Mistakes happen but its the way people deal with them that makes or breaks the experience and the service from Cabin 22 was great and quick! We will definitely be ordering from there again.

Placed an order via Macclesfield Eats. After 2 hours, the order hadnt arrived. I sent 2 Facebook messages and left a voicemail - all were ignored with no attempt made at any form of communication. The burgers were nice but they need to improve customer service. Even a quick sorry for delay, your food will arrive in xx minutes.
