        The customer service we received when closing my girlfriends ISA in branch was exceptional. I wish I had noted the gentlemans name who served us, because he was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond with advice.

        Called customer services to ask if to take a to this branch to to open an account for my 11 year old daughter and I was told yes pop in there won't be an issue and won't need an appointment. Got to branch and, was, told might be best to try an different bank as they sort staff. Come on, let's drop this covid as an excuse already
