Wouldnt give it one but it wont let you give no stars , drive 50 miles because its the only NatWest open on a Saturday to be told we dont dispense coins on Saturdays .. 43 years with these clown

Went to get 100 out of one off the cash machines at Nat west in Macclesfield as got paid just past midnight and I looked on the balance to see if its gone in yet which it had, 605 so I put down 100 then it took ages go through making that counting noise then it came up on screen sorry out of service. Anyway I then used the machine next to it looked at the balance and it came up as 505 so that the 100 I tried to get out of the first machine which it didn't come out but its says on my balance that 100 has gone out. I had to put 100 back into that cash machine and it paid out this time but now I'm 100 down out of pocket which the first machine didn't give me. So I've got 405 in my account instead of 505 which it should be. Not happy, better get my money back.

Went into branch to ask about opening a 1st account for my daughter. Told to do it online by the lady at the desk. I asked if it was possible to do it in branch but was told again, 'it's all online'. Have just completed the online application and, what a surprise, I have to go back into branch for staff to view ID and complete the paperwork. I've since made an appointment with another bank with far better service and staff who are actually happy to help.
