Excellent staff ,Adrian ball and Linda in the showroom. The best service centre around nothing is too much for them. Andrew in parts department is great in is job also all the service EXEC. Best service centre.

Really disappointed with the treatment we've received from both Stockport and Macclesfield Audi. We've been messed around for over a year whilst an issue that should have been fixed in warranty is postponed, cancelled, excuses given etc. I've turned up multiple times just to be turned away and told the work can't be carried out. The communication has been terrible, in some cases to a level where its clear the staff don't want to follow up on the matter and are hoping we will just stop asking. I no longer associate Audi with professionalism, support and integrity that you would expect when buying from an official vendor. Audi are not fulfilling their obligation to fix the issue under terms of warranty. I hope that management sees this review and rectifies the situation. EDIT: As a follow up to this, I emailed the below the same day the response was posted, and have heard nothing since. Don't be fooled that the company has done anything to fix the situation!

Another fantastic experience from Macclesfield Audi! My car had some remedial work done and Lee Quinlan was brilliant throughout.. He was quick to solve any issues and even arranged for my car to be collected and delivered while the work was carried out. This is the type of service that makes you want to buy another car from Macclesfield Audi in the future! Thanks again for everything Lee, you're an asset to Audi!

Very pleased that the dealership managed to fit us in at very short notice to quick-fix an issue with the car, then booked in very soon thereafter for a full repair. The technical aspects were done perfectly, as always. The star of the show, though, was the way that Esther took control of the situation, sorted everything out and managed to turn what was initially a fairly major irritation into a positive example of making the customer feel valued and important.

I had a great experience buying my new car at Macclesfield Audi. Aston really went out of his way to make my experience the best it could be. Aston and Jamie were both really friendly and patient and Im 100% glad I chose to buy a car from both of them. I never felt rushed or pressurised into making a decision and I love my new car. I will definitely be recommending Macclesfield audi and would definitely purchase another car in the future from there.
