First of all I was very impressed with the service overall pre sale. Adam was brisk in his valuation. His very polite son came out to collect most of the items which was a great help. Unfortunately the sale of my items did not take place until a few months after. And when Adam took the sale it seemed as if he rushed through the mixed boxes, which to my dismay had not been split up. I understand this to a point (current trends etc ) but tbh I would rather have brought them home than to be knocked out for next to nothing. I understand auctions Ive enjoyed them for many years but I still feel upset they sold far below the estimate. The staff in the office have been very good. And a special thank you to Jim who went above and beyond on my visit today.
