As a reply to the owner will you accept the property is not to be used for business purposes. Planning permission for the cottages states residential not holiday let.

As a response to the owner I have not rented the property but have visited on a regular basis because I live on the park & we have to abide by the rules of the said park.
I am very concerned to see this property still being rented out as a holiday let. Letters have been received from the property management company stating that the cottages are NOT to be used for business purposes. I would also question the safety aspect of the building. If there isn't a second exit from the premises then this is a fire hazzard.
