Brains for Drains

I paid for a Drainage Report last year prior to purchasing a property, the report included 3 photo's which were so blurry and poor quality I could not make them out. I also paid an additional fee for a downloadable video taken with the camera showing the inside of the drains, this WAS NOT sent with the report. I phoned the company several times explaining the problem they asked for my details and said they would get back to me..... I also left several messages on their answering machine but they have not had the courtesy to respond to either. I WOULD NOT recommend Brains for Drains, if I could I would have given 0 Stars which I feel is equivalent to their report and their after sales service

Drains for Brains. Requested they told me where my drainage pipe went from a man hole on my front garden. Told me it was a straight line to where I wanted a further drain. When digging a 8 foot hole, we quickly found there was a curve in the drainage pipe and it was not straight at all. Complete waste if time and money

Awful company. Not only did they nearly leave us with an unconnected main soil pipe, they broke our mains water supply and disconnected our neighbours bio tank by severing their electric cable. We contacted them to resolve and they refused to correct the latter issue. Our water treatment plant is not fit for purpose but again they refuse to resolve. Terry talks about approaching his work with values. What a joke. Avoid this company at all costs. Bunch of cowboys.

Excellent service.these guys who worked at my property were fantastic.respectful and reinstated my slabs better than when they were layed .

Paid for a survey to be completed for 280, over a month ago. And now no one is answering my calls and there seems to be no way to contact them. It's even worse and we paid for pre and post survey and I doubt we will receive the post survey.
