Mistakes a plenty and no answer on the phone.
Suggest they implement a text messaging when a prescription is ready to collect like Boots.
And have a capable person dealing with prescription collections as invariably items are missed.
I have driven today 14 mile round trip to collect items only to find it is now closed for lunch 12.30 until 2pm.....more fuel wasted.
Wish I got 90 mins for my lunch at work.
This place gets worse !!!!
