I wouldnt recommend this companies customer service. We had our van converted by easy campers, when we picked the vehicle up there was a fault with the van. They took the van back and had their own technician look at it, but his conclusion was that there were no faults caused by the conversion. Several hundreds of pounds later we had the fault diagnosed and fixed by a VW specialist who supplied pictures and a reciept evidence that the wiring damage was caused by the conversion. The heater also was installed poorly. Presenting the evidence and reciepts to Easy Campers their response was we had invalidated the guarantee and would not pay us a penny.

Cheryl couldnt have been nicer. She welcomed us, showed us around the camper and away we went. The camper was brilliantly renovated, looked smart and drove well. We will definitely be back!
