Never purchase fish from this seller. He delivered fish that was almost dead on arrival, covered in scars and tattered fins, unable to swim or stay upright. He advised it should be allowed to recover. The fish died a slow death in my tank over the next two days, and when I requested a refund, he said that his "warranty" was void because I had put it in my tank. His advice was illegal, and he contravened my statutory rights as well as being contradictory to his own instructions to allow the fish to recover. I had a number of email communications with the owner and provided photographs of the fish upon receipt and on the day the fish died.

I brought 7 discus on 15/10/2021 these arrived in fantastic condition and fantastic colours also extremely well packaged and good delivery service excellent communication and advice from Richard. I will be buying from him again

I have fish coming this weekend very worried on what the reviews say, I will be recording when I open my box of fish aka 12 discus and will be recording everyday as they get along as many people complaining they losing a lot of discus within a week I got high hopes lets see how I get treated :) Update: got my delivery today around 8am took videos and photos and really can't complain a heatpad came with the shipping aswell to try keep them warm, discus are in my 600 litre tank with other discus some are keeping up the top I feel maybe they are scared? But others are at bottom hiding and some are feeding straight away so far am happy. Day 2 Had 2 fish pass away on me considering the stress they go thou in transport, other fish are loving it eating and swimming with the other older discus I have

Very bad customer service experience. My friends ordered and paid for 9 fish. Only 8 were received. They contacted Richard several times by email and phone and raised the issue. He countered that all 9 had been sent. My friends sent photos to confirm and made phone calls to no avail. After a few days they asked for my help as English is not their first language and wanted me to assist. I raised the issue by telephone and also sent emails. After chasing several times it was agreed only 8 fish were sent and a refund would be issued. I had to send several more emails and then make more phone calls and finally around 6-8 weeks later, threatening to take matters further, a refund was issued. Completely bad customer service. Richard told me customers and competition make up stories and claim wrong things but even after he realised and agreed the wrong number of fish were sent it still took 5+ weeks for a refund. Not good enough and not responsible.
