Absolutely disgusted that it is 40pence to use the toilets. Very expensive when a family with children have a day out at the coast as they need to visit the toilets more than once each during their stay. It might also encourage people to use the sand dunes to relieve themselves, especially when money is tight. Definitely not an ideal situation and something for the "powers that be " to look at.

Mablethorpe has a good long beach too walk the dog.
Shops have slightly improved, other than that seemed unkept, dirty. Large pub not very welcoming.
