        We have visited this shop twice in the last couple of days, the owners are friendly and welcoming, it is clear, they are there to help , if only they were local to us, my husband would spend a small fortune. Keep up the great work.

        Took a jacket I bought the day before back which had a faulty zip and was accused that it was my fault the zip broke. In all my life of shopping at numerous fishing tackle shops have never been treated this badly. And then heard the sales assistant say to someone sitting outside the shop "that is money we have lost as we can't resell it". Surly if an item is faulty the shop just returns it to the manufacturer for a refund.
