Anna was very helpful in providing advice about the Howards Restor A Finish & other wood products. I had a nest of G Plan teak tables a couple of which had some heat damage rings. I purchased some of the Restor-A-Finish and Feed & Wax. Unfortunately the Restor A Finish did not work as the heat damage was too extensive so I telephoned Anna who suggested that I could try again using more product or if I decided to take the tables to a professional restorer she would be happy to give me a refund. She arranged a refund very promptly & even told me to pass the product on to the restorer as the return postage cost would not be worthwhile. The Feed & Wax has produced an excellent finish on my other undamaged furniture so I am really pleased with the purchase. I am very impressed with the excellent Customer Service from this company and would not hesitate to recommend them. From my experience if you are restoring wood which only has surface damage the Restor-A-Finish would be well worth trying as a final step before professional restoration.
