Me and my 3 children was served by a man with glasses who told us if we touch anything we have to pay, my kids was upset with his attitude. He was an absolute jobs worth, And needs some manners in customer service, If he does not like his job he should go and empty bins P***k 1/10 Disgraceful, Yoru lucky I can't give you 0 stars.

We came to this shop on the 23rd of July 2022. When we got to the shop we had a quick look round Im amazed by the amount of wonderful products that they sell. However the jars of rock that I wanted were not on the shells. But were behind the counter however this was not a problem as the staff were so helpful and friendly they could not have done more for you. I asked them for two different types and they were more than happy to let me know what other products they had as well. When paying for the items I explained to the person that I was blind so could they please help me locate the card machine to pay and they truly did. I have never known such wonderful friendly people in a very big busy place like this who always make time for each and every customer. I would highly recommend this shop to anybody for amazing products which I am sure you will not be disappointed with. I unfortunately didnt get the name of the assistant otherwise I wouldve mentioned her here but hopefully she will know who I am and I must say she is an absolute credit to the store and exemplary member of staff. I will definitely come here again.

Waiting to be served no queue assistants started laughing and chatting to a friend and I was completely ignored really bad manners

The ice creams abs doughnuts are the best in.uk in my mind , the different ice creams are so tasty the service from the staff is always amazing
