Just had my mirrors delivered and so happy with the driver and quality of the mirrors. Excellent work and delivered on time. very happy and really recommend

I ordered 2 large mirrors, one was withheld for delivery as it was damaged. That wasnt a big problem as long as it came soon. The first mirror arrived on time although having helped remove it from the van I could see it was leaning against some wood completely unprotected without any wrapping or even a blanket so no surprise it was scuffed and dirty all over. I cleaned the mirror before the driver left and advised him that perhaps he should not lean the mirror against wood or cover it. The few scratches I couldnt remove were not easily seen if stood mirror up. No screw fixings came either. So I couldnt put the one mirror up. Asked the driver to let his office know. I called the office also and asked nicely if they could ensure the screws be sent with the other mirror. Was told they would post them for me to have the next day. I called several times, emailed too but still no screws a week later - which were paid for. The second mirror arrived. Worse state than first mirror. Spare screws were counted out of a box and given me as none came with the mirror - again! Havent had time to clean mirror as clients came. They may both be going back if scratched or wrong screws. Judging from all the emails I keep getting there are 3 companies dealing with my mirrors. Fragilistics, Concorde Glass and Made to Measure. Not sure which is responsible for such a shoddy service, could be all 3. Also I received an email from Concorde with my sales order attached for a price at a third of the price Id paid?! What a mess!
