I telephone ordered birthday flowers for next day local delivery. The lady on the phone was friendly and accomodating. They flowers were excellent quality and great value for money. I highly recommend.

Fantastic service, ordered 80th birthday flowers and they were beautifully presented with gold wrapping/bow. The flowers were fresh and professionally arranged. Would highly recommend this florist !

I ordered some flowers from here for Mothers Day, I was worried about ordering over the phone and being over 100 miles away as I had never used The Flower Box before, but I didnt need to worry, the flowers were very good value for money and great quality and I would recommend purchasing from here.

Really great customer service! I made a mistake and sent a snotty email, believing it was their fault and they replied very calmly and polite and even gave me a call to clear everything up. They didn't even berate me for making the mistake and just gave really good customer service. Lovely service and I really appreciated the call!
