        My windows were put in earlier this year but they are simply not fit for purpose. I emailed Alford windows but they didn't get back to me. I explained to them how draughty they are which allows cold air to meet the warm air which creates excessive condensation , they get utterly wet through. When they were being fitted I had my reservations as only one of them seemed to know what he was doing and some previous customers of there's said I would regret having this company to do the job. I am going to get advice about getting my money back so I can get a recommended firm in.

        Having the whole house replaced with doors ,Windows, new glass and Juliet Balcony. They whole team did a great job, and even went that little bit more. Great company to deal with.
