Zero star! Avoid at all costs! A frivolous campaign. My mom bought a pair of Swarovski glasses and they broke after less than two weeks. Then he emailed them and as they were under warranty he asked them to send him another pair. They first asked her to write a positive review and mail the broken glasses. She has been sending them for almost a month now and has not received anything in return as they promised a new pair of glasses. Only lies! Shame on them for making fun of elderly, old, retired people. I hope Trading Standards will self-report and fine them for every complaint. Also, it is impossible to get in touch with them by phone, they don't have a number to be contacted at, and they hardly respond to emails, late or not at all. Shame on you!

Love my Tommy Hilfiger specs that were way cheaper than specsavers. Plus I added on their own brand plastic specs for 6 and love those even more! They're well made with metal fixings to reinforce the plastic frames. Delivery took a while as came from Hong Kong, but the contact with opticians via email was speedy and reliable. Will use again and again!

Very pleased with my glasses. I wasn't aware they came from Hong Kong, so slower than expected delivery but very pleased with the glasses, especially for the price!
