They re-opened my account after 10 years! Claimed I owed them money, kept failing to reply to my emails or ignoring the fact that I had a credit in my account when I closed it. Avoid like the plague. Not sure if they are a scam, or just have really, really bad customer service. I don't know how I could not hear a peep from them for over 10 years, then all of a sudden I owe them money.

This company is simply not good and is the most disorganised and unreliable mail service I have come across. I've paid for nearly one year of business use of a company address, yet they never stop locking the mail. From one day to the next, they appear to have no clue what they are doing. And the top-ups seem to magically vanish into thin air and don't reflect the charges. In fact, I discovered that it was far more expensive to use UK Postbox than to simply hire MBEtc for a flat fee. UK Postbox sneaks constant charges onto you while the service and reliability is appalling. The UK Postbox is very expensive to use, with all of the hidden charges and constant emptying of any top-up you add, which never reflects charges and is completely unreliable, disorganized, and not at all punctual. Forwarding postsome of it has arrived three weeks late. I would not recommend.
