        Lovely town house set on 4 levels. Great location and as the name suggests it has a sea view from most windows. We specifically wanted a place with a real fire unfortunately no wood is provided (the first time I have ever experienced this when staying somewhere that boasts a real fire) what is more the information left says only have a small fire at the very back of the fire as the room can fill with smoke. We decided not to even bother buying wood and trying to light a fire. This house sleeps 8, the oven in the kitchen was very small and as we were catering for meat eaters and vegetarians, we really struggled. All the kitchens knives were blunt to the point that they couldn't even cut the netting our onions came in. We did have a great time and Lynmouth is incredibly beautiful.
